Understanding the hotel service flow within the platform is essential for your operation, so now you’ll be following a sequence of tutorials for each step of this process. In this article, you will find the initial step to start using it. 

First, click on the Hotel option in the service bar.

The Hotel screen will open with some fields, and we'll talk about each one of them below: 

1. Destination: it’s necessary to choose the desired destination, once you fill in this destination, several related options will appear:

· Vicinity: shows hotels across the destination.

· City: hotels in the specific city of the destination.

· Airport: hotels within a maximum radius of 20 km from the airports in the destination. 

· Neighborhood: hotels in a certain region of the destination (north, south, center…) 

· Point of interest: hotels close to the main tourist attractions of the destination.

2. Hotel: this field is optional, used to filter some specific hotel in the search result. To search for a hotel directly, you need to enter the destination as well.

3. Check in, check out and Num. of nights: it is necessary to fill in the dates you want, when entering the check-in day and number of nights, the checkout date will be filled in automatically.

4. Client: this field may or may not be required depending on the type of contract, if required, it is necessary to select the agency or direct client for the search to consider them.

5. Room - adult: Inform the number of adults per room (the maximum allowed is 8 adults, as there are no hotels that allow more than this number per room). If you need to add more, just after filling room 1, the option for room 2 will appear. 

6. Room - child: when informing the number of children, it is necessary to fill in the age of each one-off them. 

7. Passenger nationality: fill in the traveler's nationality
